Meet Andy
Andy Hall is a lifelong Madison County resident, small business owner, and dedicated public servant who believes leadership starts with relationships.
Elected as a Madison County Commissioner in 2022, Andy serves on key committees including Budget, Highway, Insurance, Education Vision, and Zoning Appeals. He has previously chaired both the Personnel and Highway Committees, where he focused on fiscal responsibility and practical, results-driven leadership.
Andy is the owner of TAP Products and brings decades of experience in business development and banking, including serving as a branch manager and commercial loan officer. He understands how to manage budgets, support local businesses, and encourage responsible growth.
A longtime community leader, Andy serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of Jackson and has dedicated years of service to child development and leadership initiatives throughout the county.

Andy believes safe communities depend on strong support for the men and women in law enforcement. As Mayor, he will ensure the Sheriff’s Office and local agencies have the resources they need while strengthening trust and cooperation between the Sheriff and the community.

Having built businesses himself, Andy knows what it takes to create jobs and strengthen the local economy. He will work to maintain a business-friendly environment that supports entrepreneurs, attracts new investment, and keeps Madison County competitive.
